Your child’s medical needs submitted to our school nurse are not available to extra-curricular activities unless requested by the family. This includes, but not limited to, use of an inhaler, need for an EpiPen, diabetic needs and seizures.

Care Plan We will have an extra inhaler with our child’s name on and they will give it to the coach at the start of the season to be carried in the team first aid bag. Or, child carries inhaler in back pack and will be responsible to have it at practices and game.
